In today’s fast-paced world, building software that delivers value quickly and efficiently is crucial. Agile methodologies have become a go-to approach for many organizations, but simply adopting Agile practices doesn’t guarantee success.

This session will delve into the key aspects of building high-performing Agile teams. We’ll explore how to create teams with the right skills and mindset, foster effective communication and collaboration, and empower teams to self-organize and deliver results. We’ll also discuss how to measure your Agile team’s performance using key metrics to ensure continuous improvement and value creation.

Universal Acceptance is a foundational requirement for a truly multilingual Internet, one in which users around the world can navigate entirely in local languages. It is also the key to unlocking the potential of new generic top-level domains (gTLDs) to foster competition, consumer choice and innovation in the domain name industry.

Dr Tilottama will cover relevance of Universal Acceptance in Full Stack Development in Today’s Technology Landscape

Session 3 - From Chaos to Clarity: How Observability Transforms Agile Testing

The world of Agile testing thrives on speed, flexibility, and continuous iteration. While these principles drive innovation, they can also introduce complexities. Imagine a scenario:

  • You’re working in an Agile sprint, racing towards a deadline.
  • A critical test fails, but the error message is vague.
  • You spend hours digging through code and test logs, but the root cause remains elusive.

This is where chaos can creep into Agile testing. Without clear insights into test behavior, troubleshooting becomes a time-consuming guessing game. Fortunately, there’s a solution: observability. Let’s understand what is Observability and it’s implementation.
