Khimanand is a Leader in software quality assurance and currently managing testing business unit and testing center of excellence at Nagarro, with the objective to deliver value to customers, creating self-driven teams, balanced working culture and developing innovative testing solutions for the customers, working with the objective of delivering “quality at the speed of digital”. Deep consultative experience across a variety of business domains including banking, financial services, gaming, industrial automation, aviation and many more. Noted for deep understanding of software testing program management, strategies, consulting in topics which range from traditional to emerging technologies such as AI/ML, big data, chatbots, generative AI and so on. Deep knowledge of engagement and delivery models with testing of digital transformation, legacy modernization, application and data migration, cloud migrations, modernizations and more. Seasoned in consulting customers on global models of delivery, leading execution of managed service programs, supporting in testing operational efficiency.

She is passionate about Quality, Automation, Advanced QA Strategies, and exploring innovative AI technologies that enhance software productivity and quality.
