My name is Rajesh Iyer and have over 18 years of experience in Testing. Have worked in Manual, Automation, Performance Testing and other testing methodologies. Currently working with AlphaSense as a QA Engineering Manager.

Harshavardhan Thorat

I possess more than 8 years of testing experience, serving as a Lead Automation Engineer at AlphaSense for the past 4.5 years. My expertise spans manual, automation, performance testing, and various other testing methodologies.

Exploring the evolution of software testing through three generations:

Generation 1: Emphasizing the Waterfall Model, manual testing, heavy documentation, and annual releases. automation was just introduced.

Generation 2: Transitioning to Agile methodologies, with segregated testing teams for manual and automation, and moving towards quarterly releases.

Generation 3: Embracing Scaled Agile and DevOps for daily releases, holistic testing responsibilities, heightened focus on automation, and leveraging AI and ML for advanced automation and reporting capabilities.

I’m Ameya Natu! I’ve been in the QA game for over 10 years, specializing in building slick automation frameworks. From Python to JavaScript, I’ve got the coding chops to make testing a breeze. Led teams, smashed bugs, and even dabbled in cloud computing. My passion for learning and tech trends keeps me on my toes. Currently working as a Sr. SDET with ClearRoute.
