Keynote Session by Anant Joshi
Anant has 20+ year experience in Leadership role, Technology Practice leader, Business development , Pre-Sales, Global Delivery Management, Program Management, Consultancy, Transformation Management etc. He has extensive experience in setting up large Testing practices, Delivery org. and managed service engagement.
Anant is currently heading Intelligent Automation, Analytics practice in TRUGlobal & has built unique solutions in Digital, Analytics, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, GenAI etc. He has strong domain expertise in BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Gaming & Life Science industry and worked in large MNC like Cognizant, BNY Mellon, Zensar etc.
Anant has extensively worked in USA, UK, Europe, SA region for fortune 100 customers & has proven track record for providing value added services.
Session 2: Modern QA – at crossroads with AI
This session would be taken by Sandeep Sudame, Sandeep is the capability leader for Advisory and Technology Assurance under Digital Assurance practice at NewVision.
He has 19+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong expertise in Performance Testing and Engineering and Automation testing. Sandeep has played multiple roles in testing delivery, transformation, consulting, solution architecting, technology assurance and business development.

Session 3: AI in Testing and Salesforce automation
This session would be taken by Shruti Shrivastava
She is an experienced tester and agile expert with over 14 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager and certified Scrum Master.
She brings a comprehensive background in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and software testing. Her expertise spans automation testing, Salesforce testing, mobile testing, IoT technologies, and manual testing, complemented by a solid foundation in business analysis.
She holds certifications in ISTQB and SAFe Agile, demonstrating her commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and driving organizational agility. Her journey includes attending the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad program on Effective Management, where she further refined her strategic leadership and management skills.
She is also passionate about sharing insights and practical knowledge at conferences, empowering audiences to enhance project outcomes and effectively embrace AI in Salesforce automation.
Session 4: Leveraging Generative AI for Software Quality Processes
This session would be taken by Anjali Kulkarni
She has over 18 years of extensive experience in QA automation, during which she has significantly contributed to the field by creating multiple automation frameworks, utilities, and accelerators. Utilizing her expertise in Java, Python, and AI models, she has consistently improved operational efficiency across various projects. Her technical acumen is complemented by her leadership skills, having successfully managed both Development and QA teams.
Her passion for knowledge-sharing is evident in her active involvement in the QA community. She regularly writes insightful blogs and delivers engaging talks, aiming to educate and inspire others in the industry. Her contributions have made a lasting impact, helping many professionals enhance their skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in QA automation.
